Members of the Triad Woodcarvers Club display their carvings at many events each year to promote the art of woodcarving.

They also teach new members how to carve for “free.”

In addition, the Club provides classes in woodcarving for home-schooled high school students through the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) program during the Spring and Fall Semesters.

JULY

  • Artisans in the Garden…July 19-20, Paul Ciener Botanical Gardens, Kernersville, NC

AUGUST

  • Triad Woodcarvers will be having their first Carving Arts Show on August 24th from 10am - 3pm at the Intergenerational Center for Arts and Wellness, 114 West 30th Street in Winston-Salem, NC. Our carvers will be joining with local painting artists, and possibly other woodcarving Clubs in the area, for this event. It is another opportunity for us to give back to the community a portion of the sales to “Meals on Wheels.” Please click here for our flyer.
