The Cape Fear Woodcarvers Club is located in Wilmington, North Carolina. “Our members share a common interest in working with wood and other wood products. The club welcomes anyone who would like to learn more about this craft or explore a new aspect. Our members' skills range from beginners to expert.”
Catawba Valley Woodcarvers Club
“The Catawba Valley Wood Carvers Club is located in Hickory, North Carolina. The club meets every second Thursday at Hickory store location of “Klingspor’s Woodworking Shop” at 856 21st Street Dr. SE (on Sweetwater Road). The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and ends about 9 p.m.
The primary goal of the Charlotte Woodcarvers is to promote the art of woodcarving and to educate carvers through workshops, seminars, classes and other activities. Charlotte Woodcarvers annually host the largest woodcarving show in the southeast. The show draws carvers from all over the U.S.

The Pee Dee Woodcarvers club is a group of individuals promoting the art of woodcarving to the interested public.
A social club to encourage, teach and share the joy of woodcarving for pleasure and community projects.
Piedmont Wood Carvers Club (S.C.)
Carving throughout the upstate of South Carolina. Formed in 1988 in Greenville, South Carolina, our mission is to provide support and education for anyone interested in the art of wood carving. The club host weekly carve-ins and a monthly meeting. Our annual ‘show and competition’ is normally held in the fall each year.
Waterway Woodcarvers mission is to help, teach, and encourage woodcarvers. We meet every Tuesday morning at A.C. Moores in Myrtle Beach, S.C. There are no fees or membership dues.

Dayton Carvers Guild, Dayton Ohio, was founded by a small group of men and women who share a love of carving and sculpting wood.
The EverGreen Woodcarvers are in Greeneville, Tn. and they meet monthly on first Thursday of the month at Christ United Methodist Church, 307 South Main St. Greeneville, Tn..
The Flickertail Woodcarvers share the passion of woodcarving. The meet at Trinity Lutheran Church, basement Fellowship hall in Bismarck North Dakota club.
We are passionate about wood carving and we enjoy being involved in our community. We often teach woodcarving skills to local homeschool groups and we partner with Lancaster County Parks once a year to offer beginning wood carving for adults. Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Chet Card of Everett, MA and Gene Matheson of Ipswich, MA were invited to exhibit woodcarvings on April 15, 1964 at the Houghton Library in Lynn Massachusetts. Several people who attended the exhibition teamed up with Chet and Gene, this small group would grow into the NEWC.
North Alabama Woodcarvers Association
A dynamic and growing community of woodcarvers located in Huntsville, Alabama in the heart of the Tennessee Valley.
In November 1975, three men from Wheeling , West Virginia, found themselves driving to Steubenville, Ohio to attend meetings of the Stubenville Smoking Woodcarvers Club. Bob Ligglebeck, Bill Zimmerman, and Irwin Zimmerman (no relation) decided the monthly trip to Steubenville was not as fun as it had once been, so they decide to form a local club.
